We see their names on the Forbes list, and all of the zeros that are listed in their net worth and can’t help but wonder if life was ever difficult for them. Having a realistic picture of what is required of entrepreneurs is valuable for us everyday type people so that we aren’t completely blindsided when starting our own businesses.
Being an entrepreneur, having your own business, and owning your time can be amazing, and wonderful things. Working for yourself is one way to build wealth and have security, especially in an uncertain economy. So, if you feel that being an entrepreneur is for you, and you’re comfortable with taking risks- go for it! Who knows- you many even be on that Forbes list one day.
